/Leadership

  • Mic Mittasch – Executive Director
    Mic has an extensive engineering background and before taking over at Mitchells had worked for the US based company Cargill for 15 years in various locations in Australia, with the last 5 years in China. He has been involved in many major projects, both in China and abroad, from the conceptual design through to operation.
  • Mark Holden - Director
    Mark has over 25 years experience in the industrial refrigeration and cold storage business and is also the owner of the Australian company Oomiak. While managing and developing his business in Australia, Mark continues looking for opportunities for business development and further expansion into China.
  • Eytan Uliel - Director
    Eytan is based in Singapore and is the founder and principal of Uliel Investments, a direct investment firm with a focus on Asia. Previously he was a managing director and senior executive at two private equity businesses, responsible for Asian investment activities. He brings to the team a wealth of corporate experience in the Asian region and in regard to company board leadership.
  • Ho Yik Yang – Chief Financial Officer
    Yik Yang earned his Master of Accountancy from the U.S. and has more than 14 years experience in Accounting and Finance. Prior to Mitchells he has lived and worked in Singapore, Malaysia, China, and Canada for large manufacturing companies like Whirlpool Home Appliances and Delphi Automotive Systems. His main objectives at Mitchells are to setup key processes and formalize the policy and procedures within the company.
  • Gavril Emanouilov – Engineering Manager
    Gavril is Bulgarian and has been in China since the year 2000, where he has been able to add a forth language to his arsenal! He is a mechanical engineer with a master’s degree in thermo-engineering with a two year specialisation in fluid mechanics. Gavril joined Mitchells Equipment as the Engineering Manager in 2006 leading all engineering and manufacturing works.
  • Emily Zeng – Marketing & Sales Account Manager
    Emily Zeng has over 7 years of Marketing and Sales management experience, specializing in corporate branding to domestic and overseas markets through a range of media platforms. Emily will focus on creating effective marketing solutions and Sales strategies to enhance the Mitchells brand in the industry. I believe her seven years of working experience can build Mitchells into a recognized global supplier of material handling solutions.
  • Zhang Chunying – Legal Counsel, started working from 1984 and has been awarded “Top Ten Excellent Lawyer of Lang Fang”. Ms Zhang has been engaged as the legal counsel for various government organizations and large/medium sized enterprises. She is a specialist in litigation, non-litigation cases, and different types of contract disputes.
  • Xu Ruihai – majored in law and is a graduate from Hebei University. He started working from 2003. He specializes in contract dispute, corporation legal affairs, and real estate cases.

 


/Engineering Team

  • Cao Kai – Project Manager
    Cao Kai graduated from Jilin Industrial University in 1984, majoring in forging. Since starting with Mitchells in 1995, he has been involved in the technological selection and design of conveying equipment for projects such as the Satake Feed Mill, the Yihai Group Cotton Seed Oil Plant, and the Cargill Nantong Soybean Oil Plant.
  • Zhang Pengyuan – Project Manager
    Zhang Pengyuan graduated from the Hebei University of Technology and since then has worked for Mitchells, racking up 10 years of experience in design, overseeing fabrication works and directing installation and assisting with customer service. He has been responsible for an extensive array of projects during these years with Mitchells, in particular the Mars Petcare project in China, all Modular Feed Mills, and the turnkey projects for Volclay in China.
  • Jiang Yunzhu – Project Manager
    Jiang Yunzhu has thus far served an amazing 9 years at Mitchells, initially starting when the workshop was in Harbin. Due to the vast number of years Ms Jiang has spent with Mitchells, she has a supreme knowledge of our products and efficiently serves our customers both locally and internationally. She has led the design on many projects and is almost a specialist in Australian equipment safety regulations after working with GPM, Mars Birdcare, MEC and L-GPM on a number of different projects.
  • Wang Yongcheng – Project Engineer
    Wang Yongcheng graduated from Hebei Technical University and since then (2000) has worked for Mitchells primarily responsible for equipment design and providing customer service support. After assisting in the design on a series of major projects for Mitchells, he is now single-handedly working on the conveyor supply contract for Cargill USA.
  • Li Lin – Project Engineer
    Li Lin graduated from North China Institute of Science and Technology in 2000, majoring in mechanical and electronic engineering. Li Lin worked as a mechanic designer before joining Mitchells in 2003, where he is now responsible for project quality, scheduling and assisting with customer service. Li Lin’s major contributions have been to the success of the modular feed mills for Cargill in China and the crushing plant for Cargill in France.
  • Bian Jiusong – Project Engineer
    Bian Jiusong graduated from the North China Institute of Science and Technology, specializing in mineral processing technology. Bian came to Mitchells Equipment in 2004 where he has been involved in the design of equipment for customers such as Mars Petcare (China), Cargill (France) and Desmet (China) projects.
  • Yang Ruifang – Project Engineer
    Yang Ruifang, majoring in mechanical and electronic engineering, has remarkable experience in designing and supervising the installation of food conveying and drying equipment. Yang Ruifang entered Mitchells in 2006 and is responsible for the design of our non-standard equipment, in particular, the product conveyors for the East Balt Bakeries and Bimbo in Beijing.
  • Li Xiaopei – Engineer
    Li Xiaopei joined Mitchells in late 2007 to assist in equipment design and with customer service. Since graduating from Hebei Normal University where she specialised in mechanical manufacturing she has worked diligently with the engineering team on projects such as the East Balt Bakery Refit and the Mars Birdcare Expansion.

 


/Technical Team

  • Zou Hongwei - Production Supervisor
    Zou Hongwei has been with Mitchells since production first began in 1994! Over the past 14 years, not only has he accumulated significant experience in the fabrication and construction of bulk handling equipment, but has also developed a profound understanding of the design process. This complete understanding has made him the ideal link between the design stage and the factory floor.
  • Tan Fuyi – Deputy Production Supervisor
    Tan Fuyi’s experience extends beyond the already impressive 10 years at Mitchells. Initial skills he developed though working in mechanics machining, management and maintenance are now at the point where he is overseeing projects throughout the Mitchells workshop. Tan’s additional understanding of the design process further improves his management of production.
  • Qi Zhanhua – Senior Technician
    Qi Zhanhua has been installing and repairing industrial-use equipment for over 18 years! In 1994, when the construction of equipment began, Mr Qi led one of the first Mitchells fabrication teams mainly focused on screw conveyors. Since 1998, he has been independently or the head of small work teams providing onsite installation and maintenance services throughout China and abroad.

 


/Procurement Team

  • Helen Wang – Procurement Manager
    Helen has been with Mitchells since 2002, where she began as an administrator. However her organisational savvy and negotiation skills showed that her true abilities lay in procurement, where she has been since 2007. Helen now sources and buys the high quality parts required to make Mitchells Equipment from international suppliers.
  • Chen Li – Raw Materials Purchaser
    Chen Li has also been with Mitchells since 2002 as the purchaser of raw materials, predominately steel. It is Chen Li’s tremendous purchasing experience and dedication during these 7 years that have greatly contributed to the quality of Mitchells Equipment as it exceeds quality standards world wide.
  • Wang Haili – Purchaser
    Wang Haili graduated from Yan Shan University, she had been working in Sanhe Samwoo Automobile Parts Co., as Purchase Supervisor. She's been working in Mitchells as Purchase since August 2008 until now.
